Insider Connected allows players and operators to connect machines to a central platform, via the internet, which can enhance the player experience and drive significantly more footfall to locations. Comprehensive analytical tools and features help to build player loyalty and increase overall revenue. Remote tools allow machines to be reconfigured without a site visit, and any significant problems can be detected by the machine itself, and reported back to us, which will keep machine downtime to a minimum with preventative maintenance planning.

Players can also register at a connected game by scanning a registration QR code located on the machine itself. Once a player has registered, they are issued with a unique QR code on their device, which can be used to identify a player, at any connected Stern Pinball machine around the world.
When a player scans their QR code into the machine, they are able to track progress, earn game specific achievement, engage with the player community, and participate in tournaments and promotions.
Parallax Digital Technologies also stages interlinked tournaments and competitions over the course of the year. Insider Connected Software is available on all of the Stern Pinball Machines operated by Parallax Digital Technologies.
Our Games
Pinball Machines are available to rent, and are also offered on an earnings-share agreement. In addition, we can supply a range of digital displays to show leaderboards, tournament information, promotions, and a wide variety of site information, such as food and drinks promotions, upcoming events, and much more.
